Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through our Returns Center at lacewomens.com
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  3. Ship your return using the provided return label

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges for most items. To exchange:

  1. Return your original item following our standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired size

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance merchandise
  • Special promotion items
  • Personalized/custom products

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange for replacement or refund

International Returns
International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • Will be issued via email

Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of wear or damage
  • Are missing tags or original packaging
  • Are returned after 30 days
